Owner Ron Scribner Jr.

Owner Ron Scribner was born in Michigan and moved to Punta Gorda FL in 1983. Ron has been a part of the growing Punta Gorda community for over 30 years.

After graduating from Charlotte High School, Ron attended Tampa Tech where he majored in Architectural Drafting & Auto Cad.

Ron then went on to get his license as a State Certified General Contractor License CRC1328423, where he continued on his path building his good reputation and many local custom spec homes.

In 1992, Ron established a Pool Cage & Screen Room Division. What started as just Pool Cages quickly escalated to other builds such as screen rooms, lanais, rescreens and repairs, roof systems, and more.
